Qualifications

• Pharmacist with Pharm.D. and valid license.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology and safety.
• Experience with telepharmacy platforms.
• Ability to review orders for dosing, interactions, allergies.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescription orders for accuracy and dosage.
• Assess drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
• Confirm medication names, strengths, and administration instructions.
• Escalate clinical concerns to pharmacist or prescriber.
• Document verification decisions and maintain records.
