Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Pharmacist Account Manager - Remote Nevada to support drug spend and trend analysis, share recommendations with clients to improve management of pharmacy benefits, and to support execution of client decisions regarding clinical programs and drug strategy.

This role requires PharmD or BS Pharmacy, a current license, and at least 1 year of related experience, with strong communication and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree required.
• 1 year of clinical pharmacy or managed care experience preferred.
• Current Pharmacist license in applicable state(s).

Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret data on prescription utilization, costs and trends to inform client recommendations.
• Provide consultative clinical expertise in cross-functional groups to drive clinical appropriateness and manage costs.
• Monitor regulatory and market changes impacting clients’ drug spend and formulary decisions.
• Assist with sales, client retention and respond to inquiries with urgency.
• Support client projects and initiatives with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
