Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist, PharmD or RPh, or experienced Pharmacy Technician.
• Professional pharmacy experience in the United States.
• Strong written and spoken U.S. English proficiency.
• Familiarity with generic and brand-name medications in U.S. practice.

Responsibilities

• Review short audio samples containing spoken medication names.
• Assess whether medication names are pronounced accurately and clearly.
• Score audio using a structured evaluation rubric.
• Identify pronunciation errors, ambiguities, and inconsistencies.
• Apply evaluation standards consistently across review tasks.
• Complete an initial calibration exercise to align with scoring expectations.
• Provide concise feedback when clarification or correction is needed.
• Complete additional review batches as project needs arise.
