Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Pharmacist Account Manager for a remote Nevada role. The position focuses on supporting drug spend analyses, providing clinical recommendations, and assisting with formulary and utilization management strategies for clients.

You will interact with multiple clients to support decisions and build stakeholder relationships through consultative services. Minimum qualifications include a PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree, 1 year of clinical or managed care pharmacy

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication.
Ability to think strategically and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple responsibilities and deliverables.
Demonstrates strong teamwork and partnership skills.
Knowledge of the applicable line of business (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange, Commercial, Employer Group).

Responsibilities

Collect and interpret data related to prescription drug utilization, costs, and trends to identify patterns and provide actionable insights for clients.
Provide consultative clinical expertise in cross functional work groups to drive clinical appropriateness, member experience, and manage costs.
Monitor impact of regulatory changes, generic launches, or emerging therapies.
Assist with sales and retention activities.
Respond to client inquiries and support client projects with urgency.
Other duties as assigned.
