Job summary

Volga Partners is seeking Pharmaceutical Subject Matter Experts (SME) for remote, project-based evaluations of AI-generated pharmaceutical content. You’ll assess accuracy, regulatory alignment, and scientific rationale to help improve AI models.

Minimum four years in the US regulated pharma/biotech industry and a relevant degree are required. This freelance role offers flexible hours, diverse assignments, and the chance to shape AI in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in the regulated US pharma/biotech industry.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or related discipline.
• Strong expertise in at least one pharmaceutical specialty listed above.
• Working knowledge of FDA requirements, GMP regulations, and relevant ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated pharmaceutical content for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Review scientific and regulatory information related to quality systems, manufacturing, validation, submissions, development, and compliance.
• Identify errors, unsupported conclusions, and opportunities for improvement; provide expert feedback.
