Job summary

Azelis Group's Pharma division is seeking a Product Manager for a full-time remote role in the United States. You will support supplier relationships, optimise the ingredient portfolio, and deliver strategic market insights to drive growth for the sales organization.

You will work with suppliers and sales teams to manage product operations and provide market intelligence, forecasting, and process improvements to enhance cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in personal care & cosmetics industry preferred
• Cross-functional collaboration experience

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio and supplier management to align with growth objectives (sales, volume, GP)
• Collaborate with sales leaders to optimize the opportunity pipeline and close customer projects
• Gather market intelligence and contribute to marketing plans reflecting supplier direction
• Forecasting support with demand planning and inventory inputs
• Improve internal systems, tools, and processes for team efficiency
