Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned Primavera P6 Scheduler to support pharma GMP capital projects on a remote basis in the United States. You will develop, maintain, and control master schedules to ensure on-time delivery across design, construction, CQV, and validation phases.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project scheduling, strong CPM/EVM knowledge, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Scheduler/Planner with at least 3 years using Primavera P6.
• Experience on pharmaceutical, biotech, or other GMP-regulated capital projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules for multiple pharma projects.
• Create and manage WBS, activity coding, calendars, and resource assignments.
• Integrate engineering, CQV, procurement, and operations into a single, logic-driven master schedule.
• Establish and maintain baselines; track progress and changes against baselines.
