Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking an experienced Freelance Pharma Copywriter to join our pharmaceutical agency team for ongoing, project-based work starting August 2026. This fully remote role requires availability during Eastern Time business hours and a track record in oncology launches, rare diseases, and health tech communications.

You will craft launch materials and promotional content for HCP audiences, ensuring FDA/MLR compliance while leveraging AI tools to streamline ideation and production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical copywriting experience in a pharma/healthcare agency.
• Proven experience writing promotional content for HCP audiences.
• Strong MLR review and annotation experience.
• Experience supporting oncology product launches; rare disease/health tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling, accurate, and compliant pharmaceutical launch and promotional copy across channels.
• Create HCP-focused marketing materials (launches, digital campaigns, emails, websites, sales collateral, video scripts).
• Support oncology launches and campaigns in rare disease and health technology areas.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, account, and medical teams to deliver high-quality work.
• Incorporate feedback from MLR review cycles and ensure industry compliance.
• Annotate promotional claims and references as required.
• Maintain brand voice while translating complex science for audiences.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance ideation and content development.
