Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Pharmaceutical Project Manager specializing in clinical trials for a remote-first role. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and closing trials across Phases I–IV, with cross-functional leadership and external vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry) or related field.
• PMP certification is highly desirable for seniority and regulatory oversight.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical project management experience with clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and close-out of multiple clinical trials from Phase I through IV.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, and risk management.
• Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors (CROs, central labs).
• Ensure GCP, ICH, and regulatory compliance; monitor CAPAs.
• Prepare status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and track expenditures to meet financial objectives.
