Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Representative II, PFS HB Technical Denials to resolve complex hospital billing denials and underpayments. The role requires expertise in UB-04, payer guidelines, and strong negotiation skills to improve reimbursements.

The candidate will work with Epic Resolute, payer portals, and internal teams, within a fast-paced environment in Texas. A High School Diploma plus 5 years of billing experience is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education and experience as stated: High School Diploma and 5 years hospital or medical billing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities
