Live the Dash Travel is seeking a motivated Personal Vacation Planner to design and book unforgettable getaways for clients. Work remotely and coordinate flights, accommodations, and activities that match each traveler’s vision.

You will provide ongoing support, recommend upgrades, and stay informed on travel trends to deliver exceptional experiences. Flexible scheduling allows part-time or full-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or travel planning is helpful but not required.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a love for planning and organization.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn booking platforms.
• Friendly, professional, and client-focused.
• Passion for travel and creating unforgettable experiences.
• Bilingual is a bonus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtual client consultations to discuss vacation preferences, needs, budget, and expectations.
• Design tailored vacation packages, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities that align with each client’s vision.
• Reserve all travel components using supplier platforms and ensure accuracy across all reservations.
• Be available to support clients before and during their trips, assisting with any questions, changes, or issues that may arise.
• Recommend upgrades, excursions, travel insurance, and destination tips to make each trip extra special.
• Check in with clients post-travel to gather feedback, encourage reviews, and promote future bookings.
• Keep up-to-date with travel trends, supplier offerings, and destination news to offer the most current advice and opportunities.
• Maintain organized documentation for client bookings, payments, and preferences.
