What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to follow up on referrals and gather necessary information
- Input data into agency quoting software to obtain various price quotes based on prospects' needs
- Advise and consult with prospects regarding available products, pricing, and coverage
- Assist prospects in completing insurance applications and obtaining required documents
- Perform final reviews of applications and supporting documents for accuracy before submission
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Property & Casualty license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Property & Casualty insurance products, particularly Personal Lines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Applied Systems platforms, such as TAM and Epic, or AMS360
- Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years of relevant sales experience
