Title: Personal Lines Risk Advisor
Location: Remote
Compensation: $60k - $110k base salary (based on experience and book of business) + unlimited commissions and bonuses

We are seeking a Personal Lines Risk Advisor to be responsible for providing expert guidance and tailored insurance solutions to clients, ensuring they are adequately protected against personal risks. The advisor will maintain strong client relationships, conduct thorough policy reviews, and assist clients with claims management while staying compliant with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships
- Conduct risk assessments and deliver insurance proposals
- Quote and bind coverage across multiple carriers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality
- Meet sales goals and contribute to agency growth
- Participate in community and industry events
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty License
- 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- First year salary is based on a variety of factors including a Risk Advisors' transferrable book of business, years of experience, etc.
