The position includes a fully electronic office, that has sufficient litigation support staff (calendar clerk, file clerk, discovery clerk) that have been tenured with the office for close to 8 years.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote, permanent position, allowing you to work from anywhere while providing top-notch legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Personal Injury Attorney, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

• Representing clients in all stages of personal injury cases, from intake to trial.
• Conducting thorough and detailed investigations to determine the merits of personal injury claims.
• Drafting and filing of all necessary legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Negotiating with insurance companies to secure fair and just compensation for clients.
• Participating in mediations and settlement discussions to resolve cases efficiently.
• Advocating for clients in court hearings and trials, presenting evidence, and making persuasive arguments.
• Keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases and addressing their questions and concerns.
• Staying updated on the latest developments in personal injury law and incorporating these into your practice.
  
  

Qualifications

The successful candidate for the Personal Injury Attorney role should possess the following qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A valid license to practice law in your jurisdiction.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney, with a specific focus on plaintiff representation.
• Proficiency in insurance coverage matters, mediation, courtroom proceedings, hearings, and negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear, concise manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
