Job summary

STERIS seeks a Perioperative Support Liaison to deliver integrated clinical and technical on-site customer support for OR and SPD environments, in a remote-based role primarily in Minnesota. You will act as the face of STERIS, delivering post-installation support, coordinating service, and supporting sales inquiries across OR, SPD, GI and infection prevention teams.

Strong communication, hospital/biomedical experience, and Lean/KPI skills are valued; a high school diploma and related

Qualifications

• High School diploma and six years relevant work experience including 3 years in a hospital/clinical setting.
• Degree or certification program completion (CCSVP/CRCST, Scrub Tech, Biomed) or comparable military medical experience may be considered.
• Clinical, IT or technical experience in a hospital setting is required; Biomed/IT support preferred.
• Aptitude to achieve product qualification and basic maintenance/repairs; certifications preferred within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-installation, on-site clinical and technical support for OR product lines and equipment.
• Assist OR staff with maintenance and room preparation for surgery and verify equipment functionality.
• Perform preventative maintenance and coordinate repairs with IMS/STERIS teams.
• Complete documentation, KPI data analyses, and Lean process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate and support sales leads, provide service and product status updates to customers.
