Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training and ongoing certification as required by unit.
• Ohio RN must complete 24 hours of continuing education; at least 1 hour on Ohio Nurse Practice Code.
• Maintains BCLS and ACLS as required by the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care across age groups.
• Coordinate patient's plan of care with open communication and shared decision-making.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care plan.
• Collaborate with nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
• Maintain professional standards and patient confidentiality.
