Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks an experienced PeopleSoft Integration Consultant to design, build, and operate enterprise integrations connecting PeopleSoft to internal systems, cloud apps, and third‑party platforms. This remote role focuses on the integration layer, including service operations, queues, routings, transformations, security configurations, and error handling.

The candidate should combine hands‑on Integration Broker expertise with PeopleTools knowledge and a strong understanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of PeopleSoft development experience, with a strong focus on Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing REST and SOAP web services in PeopleSoft.
• Solid PeopleCode and Application Engine experience.
• Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience with web service security standards (WS-Security, OAuth2).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms (OIC, MuleSoft, Boomi) is a strong plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration scenarios using PeopleSoft Integration Broker, including service operations, queues, routings, and handlers.
• Develop REST and SOAP web services for integration needs.
• Create transformations using XML-related technologies and ensure durable, well-documented integrations.
• Configure security on inbound and outbound services (WS-Security, OAuth2).
• Build robust error handling and monitoring with proper notifications and retries.
• Support migration of legacy integrations to standardized Integration Broker patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements and standards.
• Provide mentorship and code reviews to engineers.
