Job summary

Kaygen, Inc. seeks a seasoned PeopleSoft Administrator/DBA to manage and optimize our enterprise PeopleSoft environments across development, testing and production. The role requires strong PeopleSoft tooling, Oracle DBA skills, and experience with Exadata and GoldenGate for high availability.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure system stability and performance while supporting deployments and upgrades in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator and/or PeopleSoft DBA in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with PeopleSoft Tools administration, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Extensive Oracle DBA experience, including administration and support of Oracle Database 11g.
• Experience managing Oracle Exadata platforms and Oracle GoldenGate replication technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain PeopleSoft application environments across development, testing, and production systems.
• Perform PeopleSoft Administration and Oracle DBA activities, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application, database, and infrastructure-related technical issues.
• Collaborate with technical, functional, and database teams to support business operations, deployments, and system enhancements.
• Manage Oracle Exadata environments and Oracle GoldenGate replication processes to support real-time data integration and high availability.
