Job summary

Aptura is seeking Subject Matter Experts from people ops, HR or workforce planning who build headcount plans, compensation models and people analytics in Excel. You will translate real-world experiences into realistic Excel tasks, and you will evaluate AI performance against precise criteria.

Candidates should have 3+ years in related roles, deep Excel expertise, and strong written English. You will write tasks, fix models, and define yes/no criteria so a grader can score AI attempts accurately.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in people operations or HR analytics or workforce planning.
• Deep hands-on Excel: headcount and comp models, named ranges, multi-criteria lookups, pivot tables and conditional formatting.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Writing realistic Excel tasks drawn from your own work and extending existing models.
• Working through each task yourself to ensure a clear, correct answer.
• Writing yes-or-no criteria precise enough for a grader to mark attempts.
