Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience using data to analyze business, workforce, talent, or organizational questions.
• 1+ years translating ambiguous stakeholder questions into analytical approaches and communicating findings.
• Experience using SQL to analyze data from enterprise sources and analytics environments.
• Experience using Excel to analyze, validate data, build models, and create stakeholder-ready outputs.
• Experience creating analytical outputs and dashboards using Power BI, PowerPoint, or Excel.
