Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Clinical Specialist for Pelvic Health to support surgical coverage, follow‑up, and education within a field-based territory. The role requires driving to multiple accounts across the region and residing within the territory.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential. Main duties include demonstrating implant techniques, providing training to clinicians and staff, and coordinating education programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years patient care/clinical experience; or Associate’s/Bachelor’s with corresponding clinical experience.
• Nice to Have: Bachelor’s or higher degree and clinical experience in neuromodulation or related fields; strong coaching and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Medtronic Pelvic Health during surgeries and implants with required equipment.
• Provide follow-up support, troubleshooting and education to accounts.
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on products and therapies.
• Coordinate training sessions, in‑service programs and seminars.
