Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Pega Developer to design and maintain enterprise applications on the Pegasystems PRPC platform, translating complex business requirements into automated solutions for regulated industries.

You will implement Pega-based workflows, participate in code reviews, and optimize performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet technical specifications. This fully remote role welcomes experts proficient in English.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Software Development or Pega Engineering.
Proven expertise in developing applications on the Pegasystems platform using PRPC.
Hands-on experience with case management, decisioning, and process automation.
Strong background in building solutions for regulated industries such as banking, insurance, or government.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design and implement business-specific Pega solutions and frameworks using PRPC.
Develop and configure complex case management workflows, decision rules, and process automations.
Perform regular code and design reviews to ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices.
Optimize application performance through system tuning and troubleshooting using PAL and Log Analyzer.
Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST and SOAP.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to refine requirements and implement technical specifications.
