Job summary

Apptad Inc. is seeking a senior PEGA Architect (Lead) to design and deliver scalable PEGA PRPC solutions. The role emphasizes case management, integrations, and adherence to PEGA guardrails.

The candidate will work remotely with potential travel to Florham Park, NJ, applying best practices, participating in Agile ceremonies, and collaborating with senior developers and architects to ensure quality code and robust deployments.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years' experience in PRPC development.
• Experience upgrading Pega from 8.X to PEGA Infinity 26.
• Certified Pega CSA or CSSA (2019 and before).
• Experience in eligibility and enrolment systems (e.g., Medicaid, ACA marketplace, CHIP or government benefit programs).
• Strong hands on in Pega Case management, File Listener, Job Scheduler, Activities, Data Transforms, Flows and UI (Section, harness, Skin) Rules.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional PEGA rules, flows and UI components.
• Integrate PEGA with external systems via SOAP/REST APIs, connectors, Services, queues, MQ and databases.
• Perform unit testing and support system/integration testing cycles.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Senior Developers to ensure alignment with overall solution design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, ensuring performance and scalability.
