The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is seeking a Coordinator, Community Fundraising to support peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives across Community and Campus Walks and related events. You will manage content, coach fundraisers, analyze events and help develop strategy with the Community Fundraising team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in Peer to Peer Fundraising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with CRM databases and fundraising software.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Chapter Staff on peer-to-peer fundraising events.
• Create and maintain social media content calendar for events.
• Manage fundraising inboxes and assign tasks to staff.
• Support vendor relationships and communicate with vendors.
• Update event websites and national landing pages.
• Provide customer service to Chairs and participants for registrations.
• Assist with email campaigns and sponsorship processing.
• Draft content for texting platforms and reports.
