Cortica Care is seeking Massachusetts-licensed therapists for remote counseling roles focused on children and families with neurodevelopmental disorders. The team works closely with physicians, speech, and behavioral health professionals in a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming environment.
We offer 80% clinical and 20% administrative duties with flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time options, a consistent caseload, and a robust benefits package including PTO and CEU support.

As a therapist at Cortica, you'll support children and their caregivers by helping families understand diagnoses, build effective home supports, advocate for their child, and navigate emotional challenges. You will also help children build relationships, adapt to change, develop self-advocacy skills, and strengthen their emotional well-being.
We are flexible to align schedules with your best availability. To ensure a consistent caseload, we ask for between 10-25 hours of availability during peak hours.
