Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for remote opportunities. You will evaluate, develop, and oversee individualized speech and language treatment plans, collaborating with BCBAs and clinical staff to deliver data-driven therapy for communication and social language goals.

Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will support families, provide parent coaching, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• Active state SLP licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP (or Clinical Fellowship eligibility).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy targeting speech, language, and social communication goals.
• Collaborate with and train parents/caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Partner with BCBAs and clinical staff to ensure cohesive, interdisciplinary care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in the electronic health record system.
• Participate in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and professional development.
