Job summary

MATRIX BEHAVIOR SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking highly skilled licensed psychologists for full-time, part-time, or contract positions. The role involves conducting psychological evaluations, supervising associates, and maintaining confidential records in compliance with HIPAA. Candidates must hold valid Pennsylvania licensure and a Doctorate degree, with experience in autism spectrum disorder preferred.

The position allows for flexible scheduling and can include remote work, outpatient services, and telehealth. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

The salary is approximately $130,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania state licensure as a psychologist.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and childhood disorders required.
• Proficient in conducting patient evaluations for IBHS (preferred).
• Knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral health diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient Psychological Evaluations to diagnose and provide written orders.
• Provide supervision to Psychological Associates.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay current with advancements in clinical research.
