Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver OT services via telehealth to a diverse pediatric caseload. You will assess needs, create treatment plans, and deliver interventions to promote independence and function across virtual settings.

You will educate caregivers, document progress, and ensure HIPAA-compliant practice while using our all-inclusive telehealth platform. Teletherapy enables flexible, patient-centered care from home or clinic-based settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (ACOTE accredited).
• Active CA State OT License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Teletherapy proficiency on our all-inclusive platform.
• Comfort working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or hand therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: Conduct evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings.
• Intervention: Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth to improve functional abilities.
• Education: Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence and well-being.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
• Technology: Use telehealth platforms effectively for remote sessions.
• Continuing Education: Stay current with developments in occupational therapy.
