The role offers a full-time exempt position with a flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits. Annual base salary ranges from $67,000 to $79,000, with additional recurring schedule earnings based on high-demand hours.

Formación

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (MOT/OTD) required.
• Licensed in a key state.
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
• Minimum 2 years of post‑graduate experience in pediatric settings.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote occupational therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
• Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable's clinical tools and platform.
• Deliver outcomes-focused care through collaboration with caregivers.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support outcomes.
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in required training and team communication.
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity.
