Job summary

AtWork Personnel is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide specialized psychosocial and behavioral health consultation in support of the ECR process. The Consultative Clinician will assist with complex pediatric cases (0–18) as requested by reviewing physicians.

Qualifications

• MSW from an accredited institution.
• Current, active LCSW license in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Experience in psychosocial assessment, behavioral health, or complex care settings.
• Strong knowledge of clinical social work principles and evidence-based practices.
• Ability to interpret clinical documentation and synthesize complex information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide clear, clinically relevant consultation findings and recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work consultation when requested by a reviewing physician as part of the ECR process.
• Offer specialized expertise regarding psychosocial functioning, behavioral health, family dynamics, and social determinants of health.
• Review relevant clinical assessments, medical records, and supporting documentation provided for consultation.
• Evaluate psychosocial and behavioral health factors that may influence the needs of children and adolescents (0–18).
• Provide professional insight regarding family systems, emotional well-being, and community resources.
• Identify psychosocial considerations contributing to complex medical, behavioral, or developmental needs.
• Communicate objective, evidence-informed recommendations for clinical decision-making.
• Collaborate with physicians and other consultants when interdisciplinary input is needed.
• Follow established ECR consultation procedures and privacy requirements.
