Playground Pediatrics is expanding its remote behavioral health team to provide high-quality therapeutic care to pediatric patients across North Carolina and beyond. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage a mixed caseload of episodic and longitudinal therapy, delivering evidence-based interventions via telehealth and coordinating with families and primary care teams.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license in North Carolina or ability to obtain licensure/reciprocity for NC.
• MSW from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Minimum 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience with children/adolescents.
• Experience with psychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, episodic, and longitudinal psychotherapy to pediatric patients via telehealth.
• Develop and implement biopsychosocial treatment plans with families and care teams.
• Deliver evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT-informed skills, play therapy).
• Coordinate care with Primary Care Providers, Care Managers, psychiatrists, and schools.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Identify safety concerns and respond per organizational protocols.
