SaidGig seeks a pediatric inpatient nurse to help improve AI tools used in clinical settings by translating real-world nursing documentation into structured feedback. You will review AI outputs, ensure accuracy against flowsheet data, and annotate nursing assessments for AI training datasets.

The role requires active US RN licensure and recent pediatric inpatient bedside experience, with strong written communication. This is a remote, hourly engagement with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. RN license is required.
• Recent pediatric acute-care inpatient bedside experience is required.
• Inpatient bedside experience within the past 10 years is valued.
• Ability to perform and document comprehensive pediatric nursing assessments.
• Ability to follow detailed annotation guidelines and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and responsiveness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated clinical outputs against nursing flowsheet documentation.
• Verify accuracy, completeness, and alignment with documentation standards.
• Annotate and organize pediatric inpatient nursing assessment data for AI training datasets.
• Provide clinical feedback on nursing assessments and documentation practices.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential risks in AI-generated responses.
• Raise clarifying questions and refine annotation guidelines.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve model performance.
• Contribute to high-quality clinical benchmarks.
