Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate student in biology, public health, health sciences, or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Review pediatric therapy literature across speech, occupational, physical, and behavioral domains.
Research evidence-based treatments, assessment tools, and care models.
Summarize findings for clinicians, families, and leadership.
Support development of clinical outcome measures and research questions.
Analyze de-identified clinical, operational, and patient-experience data.
Evaluate emerging technologies and innovations in pediatric therapy.
Benchmark practices and outcomes across providers and settings.
Develop educational content for The Pediatric Collective.
Assist surveys, interviews, and other research activities.
Translate research into practical recommendations; present to leadership.
