Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Behavioral Health Therapist to join our growing team in Metro Atlanta (Perimeter). This role is embedded within our integrative care model, partnering closely with pediatric providers, care teams, and families to deliver coordinated, child-centered behavioral health care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Georgia LPC/LCSW/LMFT license required.
• 2–3 years of post-licensure pediatric behavioral health therapy experience.
• Telehealth/virtual care experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, integrated care setting.
• Experience treating pediatric behavioral health conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pediatric behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Provide behavioral health services to pediatric patients with developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Promote emotional development and resilience through early intervention and evidence-based care.
• Educate families to reinforce understanding and participation in care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with pediatric providers and multispecialty teams in a virtual setting.
