Job summary

Milliman is seeking a Consulting Pharmacist to join our San Diego Health practice. You will design data-driven analyses using pharmacy claims and lead client-facing discussions to translate complex PBM data into actionable insights.

The role requires a PharmD with extensive PBM experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• PharmD from ACPE accredited program.
• Minimum of fifteen years PBM or healthcare experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Knowledge of formularies, NDC, AWP, PBM, WAC, etc.
• Ability to explain PBM indicators and claims data movements.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage data-driven analyses using pharmacy claims data and complex modeling.
• Participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary analytics team and build consensus.
• Explain results and provide insights to clients in clear reports.
• Lead meetings and interact with clients at a high level.
• Delegate projects and manage changing priorities.
