Responsibilities

• Prepare and input payroll data to ensure accurate and timely partner payments
• Manage on and off-cycle payroll processing, including separations
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure compliance and understanding of payroll information
• Identify gaps or enhancements in payroll processes and propose changes
• Utilize best practices in payroll operations and escalate concerns as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of payroll experience
• Proficiency in SAP, which must be highlighted on the resume
• Experience with garnishment processing
• Strong skills in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
• Familiarity with federal/state/local labor, payroll, garnishment, and tax law (bonus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HR software

• Strong attention to detail
