Overview

• Pay of $24/hr (maximum and final rate, no room for negotiation)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and input payroll data to ensure timely and accurate partner payments
• Handle on and off-cycle payroll processing and garnishment processing
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure compliance and understanding of payroll information
• Identify areas for improvement in payroll operations and propose enhancements
• Utilize best practices in payroll operations and escalate any concerns

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience
• Proficiency in SAP (must be highlighted on the resume)
• Experience with garnishment processing
• Strong skills in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of Federal, State, Local, and/or Provincial Labor, Payroll, Garnishment, and Tax Law (bonus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HR software and SuccessFactors
• Familiarity with Smartsheet
• Strong attention to detail
