What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a primary point of contact for payroll inquiries and foster positive relationships with stakeholders
- Review, process, and reconcile payroll output to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within the global payroll function
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and reconciliation of payroll transactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive global payroll experience
- Diploma in accounting, finance, and/or payroll is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of global payroll principles, general accounting practices, and financial controls
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish
- Strong skills in Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite
