Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a payroll professional to support multiple client accounts with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality. You will process client payrolls using ADP RUN, resolve issues, and ensure tax compliance across federal, state, and local requirements.

This mostly remote role requires proximity to Baker Tilly offices in PA/TX/WI. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years payroll experience are preferred; CPP is a plus, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation experience.
• CPP preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and/or process payrolls in a timely manner to meet client deadlines.
• Update employee records and calculate bonuses or severance when applicable.
• Review tax calculations and reconcile payroll deposits and withholdings.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data and communicate clearly with clients.
