Job summary

TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Payment Processor to join our remote team. You will input and process payments from consumers and new business, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain supporting records while adhering to federal and local regulations.

Working remotely in ET hours, you will handle daily payment postings, perform data entry, and provide administrative support as needed. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork within a busy environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of data entry experience preferred.
• Must have strong data entry and basic software skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Process payments daily in priority order as directed by management.
• Input all payments and new business into the record-keeping system accurately.
• Maintain backup information to substantiate payment postings.
• Reconcile discrepancies at batch level or end of business.
• Support month-end close as required by management.
• Provide administrative support and assist with company policies and client requirements.
