Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a motivated professional to help optimize payment integrity operations across departments. You will coordinate with external vendors, support new initiatives, and monitor performance metrics to drive cost savings and compliance.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, regulatory support, and documentation management within a patient-centered healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare operations, project coordination, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with vendor management and payment integrity concepts preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with external payment integrity vendors and partners.
• Support implementation of new payment integrity initiatives and audit programs.
• Track vendor performance metrics and project milestones.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and committees.
• Assist with regulatory reporting, audits, and documentation.
• Maintain payment integrity policies and program documentation.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among departments and vendors.
• Assist with testing, readiness activities, and post-implementation monitoring.
