Weekday AI is seeking a Payer & Market Access Expert for a paid pilot engagement with a leading biotech and pharmaceutical research client. Remote within the United States, you will evaluate AI analyses against payer and market access realities, focusing on gross-to-net dynamics, rebates, and formulary considerations.

You will create and critique evaluation rubrics, test pricing assumptions, and advise on coverage and utilization management across drug classes.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in market access, pricing, or payer strategy.
• Based in United States with ability to work remotely.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Create, review, and critique evaluation rubrics for commercial drugs and development programs.
• Establish and pressure-test gross-to-net assumptions, including rebates and discounts.
