Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee payer contracting, credentialing with PBMs and health plans, and reimbursement negotiations. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure contract terms are favorable and compliant.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Payer Relations and supports strategic contracting across a remote work environment with flexible schedules and strong employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of contract management experience in healthcare.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for internal/external engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Reviews rate proposals for new therapies and supports pricing strategy development.
• Negotiates and finalizes contracts with payers to avoid business disruption.
• Manages payer relationships and resolves reimbursement issues per contract terms.
• Collaborates with Finance and Reimbursement teams on underpayments and spikes.
• Tracks activities in CRM and helps improve contracting processes.
