Job Summary
The Patient Access Registration Rep II (Remote) is responsible for tasks related to patient registration and scheduling for hospital and/or physician services. The role requires flexibility to learn and understand complex hospital systems, communicate directly with patients, healthcare providers, and physician offices, and ensure complete and accurate information collection. The rep will interact with patients, payers, providers, and clients according to company, client, and federal guidelines. Additionally, the rep will contribute to process development and reporting.
The Patient Business Services Rep-Access Registration must work schedules that support a 7/24 work schedule and be able to independently apply HIPAA and FCC regulations in compliance with policies.
Must reside in Hawaii to be considered!
Candidates should have patient registration/scheduling experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
Epic experience is strongly preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Physical Demands

The ability to work at a computer for 6-8 hours daily and handle constant interruptions is necessary. Occasionally, lifting and moving materials up to 20 lbs may be required.
