Job summary

Myomo, Inc. is seeking a Patient Eligibility Specialist to perform initial screenings, manage the daily queue, and document interactions with candidates in the Myomo Doxy waiting room, combining administrative and clinical tasks.

Reporting to the Patient Eligibility Manager, you will learn the Myomo product line, apply inclusion/exclusion criteria, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a safe, high-quality orthotic care pipeline.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's may be preferred.
• Allied Health background (PTA, COTA, Orthotic Fitter, Orthotic/Prosthetic Assistant etc.) required. Orthotic and/or prosthetic experience beneficial.
• High speed internet and a dedicated home office will be a key to success in this role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective, lasting relationships with staff & team.
• Must be well organized, self-motivated and possess integrity, initiative, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong professional, tactful, and courteous conduct in all interactions.
• Ability to quickly master technology; intermediate or advanced skills with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Some travel for periodic meetings and/or initial training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Train with the Patient Eligibility Manager and observe with clinical staff.
• Collaborate with the eligibility team to screen candidates and document interactions.
• Maintain CRM and update patient documentation in a timely manner.
• Identify customer needs, improvement opportunities, and potential sales opportunities.
• Attend industry conferences and meetings as needed.
