• Schedules all patient appointments within Fred Hutchinson and external referrals; coordinates with departments for smooth patient flow.
• Communicates with patients, families, providers, and staff to identify needs and resolve problems.
• Updates patient and caregiver contact information in the EHR as needed.
• Triages calls from physicians, patients, families, and others seeking care.
