Dayton Children’s in Ohio is seeking an Insurance Billing Patient Account Specialist to manage billing and collections with insurance carriers. The role involves research, follow-up, and ensuring accurate payment posting in EPIC work-queues under the Patient Financial Services Manager.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of healthcare billing experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to support our patients,

• Experience in patient financial services or healthcare billing is preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC or similar billing systems.
