Responsibilities

• Contact parties for information on unpaid claims.
• Identify issues causing non-payment and pursue first-level appeals.
• Demonstrate knowledge retention through competency assessments.
• Resolve claim edits timely to enable prompt submission.
• Follow up on unpaid claims to maximize reimbursement per standards.
• Work independently and with a team; strong problem-solving.
