HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Patient Account Collections Specialist to work from home within our hospital markets in the United States. You will perform outbound calls, handle patient receivables, and provide exceptional customer service while meeting production and quality targets.

Responsibilities include identifying and escalating problem accounts, updating patient records, and coordinating with guarantors to secure payments. A healthcare revenue cycle background is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle collections preferred.
• Minimum one-year related experience preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Refer calls/accounts to appropriate parties based on inquiries. You will spend 90% of your day on the phone.
• Identify problem accounts and elevate as appropriate.
• Update the patient account record to identify actions taken on the account.
• Work with patients and guarantors to secure payment on outstanding balances.
• Maintain minimum production standards.
• Achieve passing quality review scores per unit requirements.
• Produce acceptable unit collection volumes.
• Work within company attendance guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service.
