Remote Patent Paralegal (EST COAST ONLY)

Join a leading IP team as a Patent Paralegal supporting high-impact innovation. This remote position is ideal for candidates with 5+ years of IP experience, particularly in patent prosecution, and is only open to EST Coast candidates.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare, file, and manage U.S. and international patent applications, including PCT filings.
• Track deadlines using patent docketing systems to ensure timely filings and responses.
• Draft and submit formal documents such as IDSs, assignments, and declarations.
• Monitor and manage patent portfolios across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with inventors, foreign associates, and USPTO.
• Support patent prosecution, including responses to Office Actions.
• Assist with due diligence and portfolio audits.
• Conduct patent and legal research using IP databases.
• Support administrative tasks for managing partners.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of patent prosecution paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of USPTO and PCT procedures.
• Proficiency in patent docketing systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
